Body Mapping is a guided, trauma-informed exploration to help you reclaim ownership of your body’s landscape. Through intentional touch, dialogue, and mindful awareness, we create a map of zones of safety, sensitivity, and potential pleasure.
Where Tantra Massage immerses you in sensation, Body Mapping gives you the awareness and language to navigate it. It’s a foundational practice that turns your body’s responses into a map you can carry forward into intimacy.

How It Works:
- Check-In & Intention
We begin with conversation and grounding, clarifying boundaries and focus areas. - Guided Touch Exploration
With consent, I use different touch qualities (pressure, rhythm, temperature, stillness) across areas of your body. You respond in the moment, noticing and naming your experience. - Creating the Map
Together, we chart safe, neutral, sensitive, and curious zones. This may be written, drawn, or verbal depending on your preference. - Integration
We reflect on what emerged and how you can use your map in daily life or with a partner.
⚖️ You stay in full control throughout. Nothing is done without your consent, and boundaries are respected at every stage.
