We begin with conversation and grounding, clarifying boundaries and focus areas.
Guided Touch Exploration
With consent, I use different touch qualities (pressure, rhythm, temperature, stillness) across areas of your body. You respond in the moment, noticing and naming your experience.
Creating the Map
Together, we chart safe, neutral, sensitive, and curious zones. This may be written, drawn, or verbal depending on your preference.
Integration
We reflect on what emerged and how you can use your map in daily life or with a partner.
