For years, relationships fascinated me. Not because I had them perfectly figured out, but because they are messy, imperfect and beautifully complex.
As a psychologist and somatic sexologist, I’ve learned one crucial thing: good relationships start with being honest with ourselves.
That’s why I created Life as a Relationships Lab, a space to explore relationships as personal experiments. Here, you’ll find no rigid rules, just honest conversations, psychology-backed insights, embodied practices, and room for your unique path.

FAQs
Have questions? You’re not alone.
Choosing the right program or session is a personal decision, and it’s natural to want clarity before you begin. This FAQ brings together the most common questions clients ask about safety, methods, logistics, and expected results. My hope is that it helps you to feel informed, reassured, and ready for your next step.
Practical & Logistics
1. How long is a session, and how do I book?
Most coaching and therapy sessions run for 50 minutes, which is the standard for focused individual or couple work. Somatic programs such as Tantra Massage or Body Mapping are longer immersions ranging from 2 to 4 hours. You can book directly through the website, and I’ll help you choose the format that best suits your needs.
2. Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are available online and in person in Zurich. Outdoor Coaching Labs are always held in nature, with exact meeting points shared upon booking. In-person sessions in other locations can sometimes be arranged individually.
3. Is everything confidential?
Yes. All sessions are private and held to the same ethical and professional standards as psychotherapy. Confidentiality is at the heart of this work.
Safety, Boundaries & Ethics
1. Do sessions involve nudity or sexual activity?
No. Some somatic practices may include body-based touch or guided exploration, but there is never sexual activity between practitioner and client. Boundaries and agreements are always discussed and honoured before beginning.
2. What if I feel uncomfortable during a session?
You are always in control. We can pause, adjust, or stop at any point. Your agency and comfort come first.
3. Can we book sessions as a couple?
Yes. Many services — from intimacy coaching to outdoor relational labs — can be tailored for couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, or deepen intimacy together.
Methods & Approach
1. What is Somatic Sexology, and how is it different from traditional therapy?
Somatic Sexology integrates psychological insight with body-based practices. Instead of focusing only on thoughts and words, it helps you reconnect with sensation, desire, and intimacy in safe, trauma-informed ways.
2. What is Body Mapping, and how does it differ from Tantra Massage?
Body Mapping is exploratory: it helps you discover your unique “map” of sensation, boundaries, and pleasure. Tantra Massage is immersive: a longer ritual that awakens sensual energy and deepens connection. Many clients begin with Body Mapping before moving into Tantra Massage.
3. Are your methods science-based?
Yes. Relationship and intimacy work blends evidence-based psychology with somatic research and nervous system regulation. Workplace well-being draws on neuroscience and occupational health practices. Outdoor coaching is rooted in Attention Restoration Theory and Stress Recovery Theory, both backed by scientific evidence.
Suitability & Results
1. Who are these programs for?
Individuals and couples seeking more intimacy, confidence, or clarity. Professionals facing burnout or stress in demanding workplaces. And anyone curious about using nature as a setting for growth and reflection.
2. What if I’ve experienced trauma or struggle with intimacy?
You’re welcome here. All sessions are trauma-informed and paced gently. Many clients arrive with similar concerns and find this work supportive in reclaiming safety, agency, and pleasure.
3. Are Outdoor Relational Coaching Labs accessible for everyone?
Yes. These sessions involve light walking, reflection, and dialogue rather than strenuous hiking. We adapt to your comfort level so you can focus on insight and connection.
4. What can workplace well-being sessions address?
They are tailored for leaders, teams, and organizations under high pressure. Common themes include burnout recovery, stress regulation, emotional resilience, and strengthening workplace relationships. Programs are confidential, evidence-based, and customized to your context.
Booking, Packages & Program Flow
1. When can I schedule my session or start a program?
Sessions are available throughout the week, with occasional weekend availability by request. Once you reach out, you’ll receive proposed time slots within a few days. You can begin a program whenever you’re ready — there’s no fixed start date.
2. How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals and the type of work. Coaching and therapy usually unfold across several 50-minute sessions. Somatic programs, such as Tantra Massage or Body Mapping, are single immersive sessions of 2–4 hours. Multi-session programs like Embodied Reclamation or Trust & Intimacy Renewal are designed as progressive journeys — the number of sessions is specified in each description.
3. If I purchase a multi-session package, how long do I have to use it?
Packages can be used over 6 to 12 months, depending on the program. This gives you space to integrate insights between sessions while keeping steady continuity in your process.
4. Can I reschedule sessions?
Yes — life happens. Sessions can be easily rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you don’t see your exact question here, feel free to reach out. Every journey begins with curiosity — and together, we’ll find the right starting point for you.
